They worship it without knowing it. They love the idea there is no God and no afterlife so much they actually unwittingly do worship darkness and death with nothing after. Why? It's what they like.

Not all nonbelievers in god worship death and darkness. I'm a nihilist, so I don't worship anything.
For those that do worship death and darkness, the death and darkness IS thier god, so its the same as life and light for you. Whereas your life and light is thier death and darkness.

That is very ignorant to say. Atheist and Agnostics worship nothing. Bhuddist don't worship anything but follow bhudda's teachings. Hindu's follow lots and lots of gods. Pagans worship various gods and godesses of olden times, Wicca worships a perfect god and godess. Scientologist worship some other thing.
I think you are confusing nonbelieving and Satanism.

Being a non-believer in religion does not make you a bad person or mean you worship death or darkness.
As for me, what I do believe in is people. I believe that we are here and we have to learn to live with one another. We have to strive to do what is best not only for ourselves but for those around us.
Basically my personal philosophy tends to be very "Christian", because the original spirit of Christianity was to love and embrace one another and live in peace.
Yet, I have known some "Christians" who behave in a radically different manner than Christ prescribed who firmly believe that they will go to Heaven and I will go to Hell. I believe that if there is a God, he will judge people based on their actions rather than what they have labeled themselves as.
(I just want to make it clear that I do not believe all Christians are like I said above, it's just a few who unforunately tend to be very vocal and give the rest of you a bad name)

They don't worship anything?
Isn't it the believers who worship death and pain? They're all about the awesomeness of after you die and have a torture device as their symbol.

That's silly. You're looking to see that somewhere and you need to really pay attention and you will find that to be not true for everybody. But the ones who do don't understand they are giving power to those who hate them and have persecuted them as well.

I don't. I do worship the dictionary though. I suggest that you buy yourself one and look up definition of the word "worship".

Didn't you hear? Us non-believers are EVIL! We're actually doing the devil's deals, despite claiming we won't believe in such a being.
