Well first regardless of what anyone says I have a feeling no one living really knows for sure.
For even Jesus said it is impossible to describe heaven. After all how do you describe something when no one has ever seen anything like it before?
As for are there multiple levels of heaven and hell. I don’t know for sure but I am going to say probably.
For instance one reference to multiple heavens is:
2 Corinthians 12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such one caught up to the third heaven.
A bit more cryptic is 1 Corinthians 15:39-41. Paul is making a logical assertion about the resurrection body and notes that there are differences in splendor in heavenly bodies (verse 41)—the sun, moon and stars.
And with the parables of the pounds and talents (Matthew 25 and Luke 19) where all servants are “saved” but are given differing levels of responsibility by the Master.
As for levels of hell a lot of people confuse the levels of hell in Dante’s Inferno with the bible.
The bible does talk about different tortures or slightly different descriptions of hell for instance:
A place of Sorrows - "The sorrows of hell compassed me about; the snares of death prevented me;" (2 Samuel 22:6).
A place of everlasting destruction - "Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;" (II Thessalonians 1:9).
A place where men are tormented with fire and brimstone - "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death" (Revelation 21:8).
And there is a difference between hades/hell and the lake of fire most people consider the true hell as described in Revelation 20:14) "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death”.
Obviously there are a lot of interpretations of any verse or chapter in the bible.
As for are there really multiple physical levels of heaven and hell. Trying to describe unknown and unimaginable wonders and tortures from our very limited worldly viewpoint of what heaven and hell are like I would say there probably are multiple levels.
Ultimately, however, I figure we will all be able to see for our selves sooner or later. I’m just not curious enough to want to find out to soon.
May Our Creator watch over you and your family.

I sure hope so. Because think about the difference in life-spans. Someone could die at age 15 but be sexually promiscious and go to Hell just the same as some evil old guy. If Hell was even all the way through, then the unfairness would be very acute. I hope that Dante is correct in thinking of his 8 spheres of Hell.

Yes there are different levels in heaven. There are five different crowns you could receive in heaven. Depending on the crown you receive will depend on the level of authority you will have in heaven.
example
Crown of life is for martyrs that have paid with thier life for their belief in Christ.
Crown on Victors is for soul winners for Christ.
A person who has a death bed confession and excepts Christ then cannot begin to beleive they will have the same level of authority as say the disciples.
I highly recommend you study this area you will not be sorry God has it all planned out for us. God Bless hope this helps

Before I answer your question, I would like to make one thing clear. No one can know for sure whether or not there is just one heaven or multiple heavens (same as hell), and i am just stating my opinion.
I think that nobody, unless they are completely, utterly, black-hearted evil ever stays in hell for eternity. Sure there are quite a few people who will dwell forever in hell, I'm sure, but lets say you just didnt have enough good deeds to get a "get out of jail free" card from god.
You probobly would be assigned a certain amount of time (of course, who knows what time is in heaven) to be roasting, and then when God feels you have been punished enough, your out!

According to Paul and Christ who taught this principle in the Bible. (And interestingly, the Momrons teach this same thing.
1 Corinthians 15: 40-41
40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.
2 Corinthians 12: 2
I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
John 14:2
In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Christ taught that in his Father's house (or heaven) there are many mansions (or places, levels, etc).

There are no longer any further diverse stages in hell. Abraham's Bosom became right into a point in hell the place the righteous have been. Jesus took the righteous from there whilst he preached in hell for 3 days and 3 nights. Jesus has HIS very own kingdom in heaven now.

First, you have to stop thinking of heaven and hell as physical places. Many religions describe one's ascendence to god-concsiencness (enlightenment, kingdom of heaven, etc.) in terms of different levels/realms. One at the bottom of the 7 levels is completely consumed in the material world. One at the top level would be a person like Jesus. Son of God is someone at the top......Son of Man is someone closer to bottom. 3 lower spheres, 3 higher spherers, and the doorway inbetween.

In Islam we are taught that there are 7 layers of Hell and 7 layers of Heaven. The top layer of Heaven is for the Angels and the Prophets(PBUT*).

Nobody knows.
It is hard to establish that the Bible even teaches the existence of heaven and hell, let alone whether or not they have levels.
