i have a flipout in my car and i bypassed the e brake thing using a toggle switch the switch is right below the deck and is visible if a cop pulls me over will i get in trouble coz of it

I sure hope so. You have to be a blithering idiot to try to watch videos while driving. Cell phone dangers have nothing on that. Why don't you just put the car in traffic and crawl in the back seat with your girl? Couldn't be any worse than what you're doing.

That would be the old fashioned distracted driving problem. You will get a ticket if they see you watching it.
