Frankly, currently second hand car market is not doing well. As most still prefer to get a new car due to some changes in Government.
It's not difficult to calculate your car "paper value". As your car is less than 5 yrs, thus the PARF rebate is 75% of ARF (Additional Registered Fee = 110% of OMV).
For example, assume your car OMV = $12,000, then the PARF reabte = 75% * 110% * 12,000 = $9,900.
COE rebate is calculated on the remainer period left. Assume your COE is $20,000, then the COE rebate is about 20,000 * 7.75/10 = $15,500.
So your car "paper value" is about $25,400.

If you are from Singapore, then you can do this. Check out how much you will get if you are to deregister your car via www.onemotoring.com.sg. The market value of your car should be not less than the scrap value. Most dealers will only take used cars at 3-5% above the scrap value.

www.NADA.com is what Dealers and Bankers use. KBB is a joke and you will never see a professional using it.
