i like this guy A LOT& whenever i look at him he always looks back for like three seconds
and from the corner of my eye, i can see him looking at me
i mean, if he didnt like me and thought i was a weirdo he would just ignore me right? thats what i would do if i was him,

I know that this is not what you are hoping to hear- but he is probably not thinking anything. Guys do not think about this kind of stuff at all the way girls do. As far as he is concerned, he is looking back when you look at him. He's not timing the look or trying to hold your gaze meaningfully. He's probably thinking "hmm, that girl looked at me."
The good news about this is that if he is interested in you, he will tell you- guys are very straightforward that way. You've already given him the sign that you'd be open to talking to him. If he doesn't take the initiative, you're either going to have to forget about him, or start talking to him yourself and see what happens.
I know it's hard, but you'll save a lot of time and worry if you stop trying to read meaning into every little thing a guy does. They're unaware about 85% of the time- they're just not wired to think about that kind of stuff the way we are.

I think he is not uninterested in you meaning that you need to crank up the heat a little and see how he reacts he might just not have realized the prize before his eyes.

i think he likes you but i also think you should ask him if he likes you. some guys move on fast so you should make a move soon so you dont lose your chance with him.
