my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

tea tree oil is a natural oil that can be used to clear up breakouts without any drying

getting lots of antioxidants from fruits and vegetables, especially berries can also help

take supplements like vitamin a (smoothing), vitamin e and fish oil (hydrating) as well

water has always been an easy way to boost any skin care regemin...so stay hydrated!

the best ways i know to clear up breakouts, though, it cream cleansers w/ salycilic acid and some exfoliation

apply a benzoyl peroxide, retinol, and tea tree oil blend at night after steaming your face

apply UVA and UVB sunscreen with tea tree oil (and a little benzoyl peroxide or retinol if your skin isn't too dry)

this process has always worked for me and i do it all the time and now i rarely ever breakout

also try to stay calm and stress-free since stress can lead to zits...maybe try some yoga or breathing excercises

good luck!

Me and my parents tried nearly every natural cure available. That's why I think Chinese Medicine is a crock.

I got results when I went to the dermatologist.

Drink LOTS of water to flush it all out. It sounds simple and really boring, but it's totally natural and truly works.
