sebaceous cyst removal... What is best method to remove and should I do it at home or my doctor?

Go to a greneral surgeon. Do NOT do it at home. You could get a bad infection.

Don't do it at home. See a doctor. You assume it is a sebaceous cyst, but it could be something else. You could do more harm than good. You primary care physician may or may not be procedures like this, so he or she may refer you to a dermatologist or general surgeon. Either should be able to take care of it easily enough.

It is a fairly simple procedure with local anesthetic. You could see a dermatologist or have your doctor do it.
