How do i change things in a letter after i have scanned it to my p.c..

Hi. Use "Scan to application" and use OCR (Optical Character Recognition). This will give you text that can be changed instead of just an image of the document.

Use OCR software which comes within the scanner install CD to convert scanned images into editable text.
