Hi! My coffee-drinking habits are very similar to yours, and I work in the health field. Coffee isn't the most healthy beverage on the planet, but if you keep it to 1-2 cups a day (max), you should be fine, provided you drink enough water and are otherwise in good health. Coffee is a diuretic: it stimulates your body to get rid of excess water through the kidneys, etc.--The problem is that most Americans don't drink ENOUGH water and hence have no "excess" to release, hence coffee can have a dehydrating effect on the body.
Caffeine is an addictive substance, but definitely one of the least "harmful" ones in existence:) I can explain the addictive properties of caffeine/coffee if you'd like, but I've got to run right now, so message me in you want that additional info. There is no evidence that moderate consumption of coffee is detrimental to a person's health. The operative word here is "moderate".

this is going to stunt your strengthen in case you haven't any longer stopped growing to be yet. And your teeth are being affected a great deal. Stains, cavities, and so on, and it is not significant how previous you're for that to ensue.
