Im getting a playstation 3 and i wanted to know what would be better to get - Assassins creed or call of duty4

I agree with the previous poster, I have both games...and like them both. I do however, think Assassin's creed is a whole different kind of game. Call of Duty 4 is just like call of duty 3 and 2....they're the same game, just re-modeled per say. I say get Assassin's Creed if you want to get into a game that will stay fun for a long time. If you're about multiplayer instant action...then get call of duty 4

Assasin's is very unique compared to Call of Duty 4. Call of Duty is rated 94% on gamerankings and Assassin's is at 81%. If you want a savage online first person shooter- hit up Call of Duty. If you want get a glance at the 3rd crusade era and play 1 bad a$$ parkourin assassin- hit up Assassin's Creed.

COD4 for sure. Infinity Ward, is one of the best at online multiplayer, they blasted out of the gate with COD1, then followed up with a Game if the year in COD2, now with COD4 they have all the goodies and some new ones as well. The online play is deep, yet begginers will not be lost completely, and once you get the hand of it you will play all the time. The singleplayer is also very good, good story, GREAT GRAFIX.. just a great game overall, its a 9.8/10 for me, highly recommend it.

get call of duty 4 because assassins creed will get old after you beat it where as cod4 you can play online so it has better replay value

Assasins Creed. Call of Duty 4 is the same as any other FPS out there. AC is a unique experience.

Both are excellent. But the replay value online with Call of Duty 4 is so high you'll be playing it for months.
