I've put links to a few below. The names are:
Maccabees - A live Chanukah Adventure
Lights (recommended before- but I must point out it's more than just a cute cartoon. There's a significant amount of symbolism in it which only adults will pick up.)
Miracle Lights- Not exactly animated, but it still does the job of portraying the story pretty well. A demo clip is available at the site.

The Hebrew Hammer, starring Adam Goldberg as Mordechai Jefferson Carver. It's a great movie, and there are many fun references to Jewish culture.
