Yes, definitely stress can bring on aches, especially neck pain. That's where the expression "a pain in the neck" comes from.
You seem to be terribly anxious. Perhaps becoming a wife has become a bit overwhelming. The worry you mention isn't uncommon. I had it too when I was young, and it increased while I was pregnant.
Please go back to your family doctor and ask for a referral. Talking with the right person might be just the ticket to get you to stop worrying.
Be well!

It sounds like you are overwhelmed by all the recent changes in your life. Getting married and thinking about having a baby are big steps! Maybe wait a little while to get pregnant; there's no emergency and for your own piece of mind, you need to put on the brakes! My husband is a bit like you; he's a "nervous nelly" always thinking something physical is wrong when he is mentally stressed and that may indeed cause this tense feeling in your neck. Literally, a "pain in the neck". Sounds like you are having a mild to moderate case of anxiety; talk to your dr. about this there are some really good medicines for anxiety out there! You shouldn't have to feel this way!

You probably have stress from being married, but if you really feel sick and you are dieing you should see a doctor and if you find out you don't have anything wrong with you then you would have been worrying for nothing and all the stress will melt away!

I also get that feeling once in a while, especially before I sleep. I just try my best to ignore it because worrying that you're going to die won't make anything better, but it'll make matters worse, probably. Just live life to the fullest and enjoy being with your family!

Could be an anxiety attack? They can cause physical pain and all sorts of symptoms, but are psycological in nature. Perhaps talking with your pastor or a therapist might help. Good luck.....be peaceful.

Start being active and living life to the fullest! You'll realize how healthy and vibrant and energetic that you are.
Or, you could go volunteer at the hospital and realize how blessed you truly are.

i think you need a psychiatrist. not to sound mean but the feelings you're having are usually connected to clinical depression.

Get blood work done, best way to be sure. If your results are in the clear then you should be fine.
