You should have your front end checked by a pro and have it realigned at least. It may appear to drive okay but if the front end is out of alignment it will wear your tires out quickly.

Short answer: most cars can NOT drive over median or onto sidewalk without risk of damage.
There could be damage to something at bottom of car, to tires. You need to take auto ASAP to mechanic to check ... could be something is now loose, leaking.
Why were you going through an intersection at 30 mph? Did you have right of way?

There should be nothing wrong with your car. It really depends if you hit the median directly or you kind of verged onto it, ie the front wheel went first the the second front wheel and so on. If you hit it straight on, you could have done some damage to the front wheels or the suspension. But if it is driving okay now, it should be all good!

Take it from Dr. Stupid. I have jumped more curbs driven on more sidewalks and just caused havok on canadas pedestrian ways to know that cars can take the beating of a median. I would say check your wheel and oil pan and if your realy concearned about it jack your car up and take the wheel off and check your control arms tye rods and struts and mounts. But if it drives fine it probably is.

Since the car SEEMS to be driving fine, then the damage I would FIRST look for would be to the side walls of your tires. They may have been bruised and weakened. Have a tire shop check them out. You don't want that tire failing while you are traveling as speed, later.
After that, consider that some alignment damage may have occured, which may get worse as you continue to drive. Again, have that checked out.

Most likely you will need to get a wheel alignment so it doesn't wear your tires unevenly. I hit set a wide speed bumps doing 30 with my fathers car once and it was fine. Just look for fluids leaking under the car like oil. You might want to bring it to a trusted mechanic so they can put your car on a lift and get a good look. Good luck!

Drive a real car- not a cookie cutter mustang. If you look in a parking lot of 100 cars and TEN OR MORE are Mustangs you need to not add to the high numbers. go buy a Z28 with a real high displacement V8. or buy a c4 corvette. for the love of god don't spread mustang disease.

Well if nothing is happening now then it should be fine. Why didn't you just honk at the truck? I had a van try to merge into me once and I blew my horn. If he would have kept coming over I would have just let him hit me instead of jumping the curb in my car.

take a peek at the oil pan and make sure it is not leaking. hitting a curb at 30 could cause some serious damage, then again you may have lucked out also watch your tires and wheels.
