It's kind of hard to answer without thinking of at least a specific group...

However, I will say the biggest losers are those who give up, quitters. They are the only guaranteed losers--everyone who keeps trying still has a chance.

I think the extra 'o' was for emphasis.

Biggest loosers; Hitler, Stalin, Lenin, Gough Whitlam, George Bush (jr and sr), Nixon, yeshua ben yeuseph, Phol Pot, Mickey Rooney, Elizabeth Taylor, Ray Martin, Dolph Lundgren, Krusty the Clown, Eric Cartman, Billy-Ray Cyrus, Pamela Anderson, Kid Rock, Millie Vanilie, Eyeore (from winnie the pooh), Empiror Constantine (c.150AD), Zoidberg, and finally Vegitta from Dragon ball Z.

Tusks are Looser, Alabama?
Martin Looser?

I don't mean to be a loose cannon. You obviously meant "loser".

You want us to think of a loser, but not a nation, an empire, a religion, a group, or a political party.

I must be a loser, because I have no idea what you're talking about. Maybe I'll just hang loose. Or is it "lose"?
