you are a guy so you have no idea how hard a baby is so just wait and she will call when she can.

If she's a new mom, she's got a lot going on. Any chance she gets to herself she probably tries to catch a nap or do household cleaning etc. Babies take up an unreal amount of time. Give her a few days and try to call again, she may have lost your number is all the craziness of being a new mom. If she doesn't call after you call a second time then she's not ready to go out.

Maybe somethings going on, baby sick, or another family member. Give it some time I'm awful at getting or keeping in touch. If I got a lot going on I handle business, when the waters calm pull myself together then finally catch up. So just give her some time and take it easy.

Sometimes people just need to take it slow. Don't call her off the hook. She is probably interested, but just play it cool. Or Maybe she gave you her number thinking that she was ready to be with someone and changed her mind.

Kids keep you busy and maybe she hasn't had any time. Make sure it wasn't something you might have said to her on the phone previously. Sometimes things get stressful and you get real busy and forget about things.

Being a new mom really takes a LOT out of you. She may be exhausted and very close to a "breakdown."

She was infactuated, but then lost interest. I do not say this to insult, that is just the way it happens. In the past year I have had about 6 women just suddenly stop talking to me for no apparent reason. Welcome to dating.

If she is interested she will call, if not move on. Patience is a virtue my dear.
