i have a slight stuttering disorder. when i went through MEPS, they sent me to a consul for a second evaluation. The doctor cleared me for military service but i was wondering if i could get kicked out of basic training for stuttering slightly even though i was cleared by the consul doctor.

If the condition becomes a hindrance to performing your military duties at anytime during your enlistment you can be discharged.

LIke the others said if you were cleared and have a waiver you should be good. If your RDC possibly notices there maybe a chance they will have you get reevaluated once again. Also long as it isnt a serious problem that will hinder you from doing your thing.

Yes when I was an RDC (Navy Drill instructor) a guy was cleared who had a hernia operation, but when the Physical training started, he could not do it and he was let go.

As above is correct; if being stressed worsens the condition to the point if hurts your ability to complete your duties then it could be but typically that is pretty carefully done so the odds are not high that would happen.

If the Navy gave you a waiver then you are good to go. They have already said they are fine with the situation so unless it turns out to be way worse than you said or something you will be fine.
