If your mom doesn't like him, there's probably a good reason. You're blinded by emotions so you can't see it, but there is likely something bad about him that your parents can see right through.

There IS NO way of telling her without her hitting the roof hon.You have been lying and she WILL eventually catch you then it will be MUCH worse!
Stop and think about something, do YOU think and really believe with ALL your heart that your mom is stupid?
There is a reason she doesn't like this boy and it is NOT because she "wants you to be miserable".
Its because she was 15 once and HUMAN NATURE has NOT changed in guys or girls since she was 15 sorry.
She sees this boy as he "REALLY" is, not as you want to see him or want your mom to see him.
Usually dating this day and time ends up with a single mother on welfare raising a kid by herself.Your mom is no fool, LISTEN to her.So many girls your age jump right into sex and THEN find out the guy is NOTHING like what they fantasized him to be.I'm betting your friend would give you the SAME advice your mom would give you OR she would tell your mom or maybe she likes the guy your dating.

Parents are very peculiar and some times like other human being the make mistakes. If the guy is a good one, just play the cool card and let the time passes by.You Can tell her in other time.

Wow... it's hard for them not to get upset... i went through something similar.. trust me it's better to tell your friend rather than having them find out on their own. My friend's still not all the way cool with me yet.. As for your parents... Well my g.f. never told her parents but i mean they always kinda knew all along so i never saw the point in lying to them.. So I think you should tell your parents and emphasize that you're strong enough to come out and be honest to them. hopefully they'll respect that about you and they won't get upset. Talk it out with your mom and try to understand why she doesn't like your bf so much. Try to get her to give him a chance. Just let her know that it's important to you.

Find out if your parents are against you dating, or do they just have a different idea of who they would like to see you with.
Most parents would like their girls to wait until they are at least 16 to begin dating. It is also hard to see your kids limit themselves to only one person and miss out meeting lots of different personalities. Talk to your parents about what they expect from you--you will learn a lot and may be surprised too.

momma knows best. but if you just tell her, there's no good way to put it. just do it. she'll eventually have to accept that it's your life and your mistake, or good choice.
