Zalem.. I've had a perpetual headache for days now.

I've tried: Tylenol, Aleve and Extra Strength Excedrin. Only the Excedrin came close to making it go away... but it's still here.
It's starting to make me quite cranky... so if you find a good alternative method PLEASE let me know.

Hope yours gets better too!

Some say PC powder, but I like Exedrin the best for headaches.

Aroma-therapeutic oils in your bath. Light the candles too. Sit back and soak up.

The aromas and the soft light will do wonders for you.

If your headache persists after that... go to the Doctor asap...

Seriously? A couple of aspirin washed down with cola; it'll tear your stomach up, it's true, but the caffeine shoots the aspirin into your system; it's the best remedy I've ever found.

The combination of caffeine and analgesic can't be beat!

Extra strength Excedrin. It contains an aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine combination. Only stuff that works for my wicked headaches.

I hear that getting smacked in the head with a hammer will give you a good one.

also large amounts of Alcohol the night before.

but the best is a couple of hours in a daycare, that will do it every time.

I like to stay with herbs. I would have to ask what type of a headache ..sinus...etc

I recommend fennel seeds, you can use them to make a tea, hot or cold
