Larry my son, I don't know where you live but I have never heard about any Income Tax Service giving out loans before they prepare and submit your income tax return. That's like showing up to me and telling me you're going to win the lotto next month and would I please loan you $10,000 today. I think NOT. Sears, Auto Zone, Albertson's, and JC Penny are hiring temps during all holiday seasons each year. Go get a temporary job and you can spend it once you earn it. Don't behave like our congress people -- oops out of money, well let's have the Department of Treasury get the printing presses going and print some more! Gosh show some grown up sense. O.K.?

yes starting december 10th.. but d ifferent this year. they are using the emerald card.. and u ha ve to of made at least 10,000 a year.. Plus u had to been going to them last year... limit is 500.00 i just called and got all this information last week.. We go on the 10th.

They're doing something different from last year, but they do have a program in place for this year.
