Would you give your daughter to a suitor who himself drinks and his family drinks. And not be afraid for her well being in this family of drinkers?

"I should warn you that your daughter's suitor and his family drink alcohol a lot. If you let your daughter marry him, you will be partly responsible for how this impacts her quality of life."
You should also give him details on how often the suitor drinks, and how this changes his behavior.

Also, you want to know if this sentence is "correct", meaning it uses correct spelling and grammar. "True" asks if the *information* in the sentence is correct. For example, "The sky is orange" is grammatically correct, but the information is false.
