I am on this weight loss plan called the perfect plan alot of people haven't heard of it. A nutrtionist gives you a menu of what to eat you eat 3 meals and 3-4 snacks you never get hungry and I have been dropping the weight like crazy. For breakfast you have a protine which is chicken, turkey, eggs, low fat cottage cheese,or yogurt under 100 calories.then you also have your muffin, lemon water, and fruit. Then you have your snack protine and fruit. That's just a little of it.It's really healthy and even when I go off the diet for a week or something I stay at my weight even though I eat out and eat junk food. You just have to eat alot of fruit, veggies, and drink alot of water but you can also drink coffee and diet drinks un-sweet tea things like that. It's healthy and it will make you feel alot better. You have to cook with splenda and when you cook you can use spices and stuff like that nothing in a bottle. What the diet does is take most of the perservitavies out of your diet.Well Good luck to you!!!

First things first. You HAVE to control your diet. Learn to eat smaller, healthier meals. Start exercising on a small scale until you find what works for you. Most gyms offer free personal training sessions with a new membership. Use those to find a program for you.

The biggest obstacle you will have is staying COMMITTED to the diet and exercise. Also know that once a week you should have a cheat day - where you can eat whatever you want. But you can only do that if you follow the diet the other 6 days and maintain a workout. If you don't allow yourself to cheat, then you won't stick with the diet. And that is key to losing weight.

Last spring I started walking on the treadmill while I watched TV. At the same time, I limited my self to just one treat per day. I've lost 20 lbs since then, and I don't feel like I tried very hard either.
If you have a treadmill in your house, move it to where the tv is and watch just one show per day (30-45 min without commercials). Walk fast enough that you sweat, but not so fast that you're out of breath. Also, up the incline one notch each week so you are continuously going uphill. If you watch a lot of tv, do it then -- either Tivo, or go to the gym while your favorite show is on. If you love reading, or being outside, put a book on your ipod and get out there. If it's cold out, then just walk faster -- you'll warm up.
Also, just be carefull about what you eat -- not obsessive, just make good choices. Eat healthy meals all week, and then take a break on the weekend. Don't have more than one "treat" per day. And if you drink regular soda -- stop and switch to diet.
The most important part is to make it part of your daily routine. Everyone is busy, but you just have to decide that you will do it and make it happen.
Good luck -- if I can do it, anyone can!

It's not so much what videos to watch, hon, it's what you eat and drink.

What helped me? Watching portion sizes and keeping these small. Eating more slowly, drinking lots of water. Not eating dessert except as a special treat. Same for things like burgers and chips (french fries) and similar. Filling up on fresh fruit and raw vegetables. Getting out and walking. Pilates have also been very very good!

It takes time and effort to do it properly, and it's also a lifestyle change, eating sensibly and exercising regular, but you will feel better, function better, and absolutely look better. Don't be fooled by quick-fix weight loss programmes or medication, they don't work. And can be very dangerous.

Don't loose weight by making yourself throw up, taking pills, or anything not very healthy. Instead, stick to some diet, like only vegetables (but not too much, even if they're yummy!). Exercise at least thirty minutes a day, despite busy schedules. I know it'll take a long time, but gradually, you'll see yourself losing weight. But you can't slack off!

Go all natural. No processed sugar, no white flour, no processed snack foods. Stick with whole fruits, veggies, lowfat dairy, lean meats, and whole grains (this would be whole wheat, oatmeal, brown rice, etc). Also, exercise EVERY DAY (or at least 6 days a week) without exception. Make no exceptions!

I do Crunch Yoga tapes. They are really easy and fun to do if you are flexible You can buy them at Wal-mart for like ten dollars. Try replacing at least one drink a day with a water. My weakness is too much Pepsi.
