Not necessarily. Some have to work harder than others at different things. Body type in sports plays a large role. I am not very tall and have an athletic type of body type. Gymnastics, skiing, horseback riding, inline and 4-wheel skating..all were a natural for me. Obviously basketball and volleyball were more difficult without the range of height and long limbs. Balance type of sports are good for shorter people, due to a lower center of gravity.

I think there IS an physical activity for everyone that they're good at. If you haven't found it yet, don't give up! There's are so many choices and One will be for you. Bicycling, skating, swimming, climbing--so many more. Maybe you need to figure out if you like indoor or outdoor, cold or neutral temperature (for instance ice skating vs. running), seasonal etc. You may go through phases where one is exciting right now and later on another might be. If all else fails try dancing.

No. Sports are defined as an organized happening, playing by rules.
I was very good at running when I was young, but could not run according to the rules. The same applied to broadjumping, shot putting, basketball or baseball.
I did enjoy those sports; I played "Intramurals" during lunch time against other country boys. We had a marvelous time!
But, "sports"? No.

I don't think so, I mean I suck at sports....at "ALL" sports. But I'm great at drawing. I think people are naturals in different things....not necessarily sports

hmm... i'm not sure. my guess would be yes, but i suppose it also depends on your definition of a sport.

as for me, i've been a natural swimmer all my life, but we don't always chose to do what we're naturals in. i've never felt any desire to join the swim team, though i've been requested many times.
