The IRS says they have a refund for me, I need it, They say i can get it by going to th URL described in my question and filling out a form. but I can;t get to this site, I get a "the page cannot be accesd" message. Help! thanks, Paul.

You are being "phished" - the site you are going to is not the IRS and has nothing to do with it - the site is actually "mediakraft.com" and is likely trying to get your social security number.

This is a common method used to steal identities and many (TOO many) people fall for it.

Please, pay closer attention to what you are clicking on before you do so. You are lucky this site got shut down before you were able to go there and input sensitive personal information.

It is a SCAM!! A phishing scam.

Just delete the email.

The real IRS website is just www.IRS.gov.

The IRS does not contact people via email!
