If you were to say a prayer in response to this event, what would it be? Does your spiritual path lead you to do other things in situations like this, perhaps charity or political action or something?

Oh..the news. It makes me so sad when things like this get happen. We've got to do better. People are always shooting each other up for horribly bad reasons.
just praying doesn't make things better.Just having faith doesn't make things better. Getting up and doing something, speaking out, asking god to work through you makes this world 1% better.

I just sigh and keep on going. It's beyond my control.
Last week the body of a pretty, 20 year old accounting major from Jackson State U. was found not far from where I work. Jealous ex boyfriend led police to her.
Us men tend to forget that women choose us, and we're lucky that they do.

I have a mental picture of this boy shooting himself and demons from hell laughing and dragging his body down into hell. I think I've watched too many near death experiences shows.

i just saw on the news. it's so sad. my prayers are with the victims, their families and the whole community.

I'd say you Americans need to adopt a more progressive attitude to gun-control.
No guns = no gun related deaths.
There is only so much you can do with a knife..
Who the hell needs a gun anyway?
