elderly people say that was crazy or that you will never forget. I was thinking about what Paul Mooney said about "a wet p----y and a dry purse don't go together" lol

My grandmother always says, "If wishes were horses, beggars would ride."

I have NO idea what that means, but it sounds good.

My favorite quote of my grandmother's was "Man make plans and G-d laughs!" It means you can't plan too much, because stuff happens!

I don't think it's crazy, in fact, I love it!

Oh, and I thought of another one. My dad used to say "If the Bubbe Yenta..." - that means Grandma Yenta in Yiddish - "If the Bubbe Yenta had wheels, she'd be a bus!" LOL! It means you can say if all you want, but things are what they are, no ifs ands or buts.

My dad always used to say, "Sh*t, said the Queen, and a thousand loyal a**holes stooped to conquer."

Another favorite: "He's uglier than a bucket full of a**holes."

He had a zillion of them. Though he's been deceased since 1988, I continue to quote him.
