Well it depends where you live...

Different English speaking countries have their own phrases that are used with different frequencies, for example people in England, America and Australia may not all agree on which is more used because they are different countries that also happen to have the majority speak the same language (English).

I'm in Australia and here are my answers:

What are you going to do next weekend?

I'm going to Tokyo.

But personally I would use any of the questions in reality. I would say something like

"What are you doing on the weekend?"

or

"What are you doing this weekend?"

Tokyo is the capital of Japan, and the place where over 13 million people live, making it one of the most populous cities in the world but also, a big city to visit, find out more with hotelbye . Most of the city was devastated by the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923, and then again by the bombing in the WWII, however, Tokyo was able to achieve a remarkably rapid recovery both times. The main attraction of Tokyo is the Imperial Palace with its beautiful 17th-century parks surrounded by walls and moats. The palace is still in use by the Imperial family.
