i mean innocent girls that are virgins and such. ones under the age of 13. this isn't for me, but i was just wondering, cuz im really confused about this.

From what I've observed the men who like lots of makeup are either color blind, or like women to stand out like some type of trophy.
I believe less is more. Most women could use a little color.
It's up to the woman. For a young female, that is still pretty much up to the parents. If they agree, then wear small amounts of what color is good on you.
Maybe go to a Mall and get a makeover. It might take a couple to find the look you like. Or to at least see ideas of colors that are flattering.
As far as guys liking young virgins, just remember most young guys think of only one thing. Taking virginity away. The girls are usually thinking along the lines of love.
At this young age think more about shopping with girlfriends, sports, ballet, swimming, school, and enjoy youth, it will be so much more fun to look back on when you are older.
Enjoy your youth. Where makeup if it makes you feel pretty, but don't let boys rule what you like or want. In other words, what does Melonie like? God Bless!

I have heard from so many guys it should be in moderation just enough to make u look pretty, natural and hide imperfections like scratches pimples and illuminate the eyes. because guys like feminine girls but are comfortable in their own skin. buy this stuff: Revlon skinlights diffusing tint. Its kind of see through but it is my heaven

The number one rule of makeup(especially from a guy's perspective) is that you should never be able to tell that it's there.
If you can't tell the girl is wearing makeup, you think she just naturally looks better.
Now, as for that age, I think that's a bit young for that, but that could just be me.
