Are there more sanctuary cities than not?
Are they usually big cities as opposed to small towns that are usually non-sanctuary?

Please give me a correct facts and not just opinions.

No - it is mostly the big cities like NY, LA, Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago. I think some are considered sanctuary without declaring it - these would be the smaller cities like Portland and Nashville.

I do not know the answer to this, but the bible says that we need to treat strangers in our land as guests. Any prayers by strangers to God will result in a five fold punishment on the entity that treats strangers poorly.
