I carry a glock 9mm as my duty weapon. Im not a big fan of the baby glock. I'm looking for a smaller weapon that doesn't have a double stacked magazine if I can help it

I use the Glock 27 as it is small enough to conceal as a secondary weapon also!

Beretta has a nice .380.

The Walther PPKS is also a great backup!

Try the Kel-Tec 9mm, They are used by quite a few that I know as a backup. I carry a Keltec Subgun for certain "situations" and it has never failed or jambed yet.

Kahr makes reliable single-stack 9mm backups. Check out the compact K9, P9, and CW9 or they also make micro-compact models.

Saving money on a gun you may need to save your life is false economy.
