Use Selsum blue at your local grocery store. Don't scratch your head a lot, and use it at least 2 a week. Get some shampoo that helps dry hair too. Be sure not to get it in your eyes, it really stings!!!

Neutrogena Tgel shampoo is really good. It's for itchy, dry, flaking scalps. Also, there is another product from neutrogena called Triple moisture conditioner.
These products are for people with psoriasis, dandruff, dermatitis.
Good luck.

selsun blue + a humectant so it wont dry out the skin and cause more dandruff.
Warm olive oil wraps once a month atleast (oil scalp, wrap warm towels and replace 2-3 times as they cool off), Try also massage with Jojoba oil to regulate scalp oils and keep as long as possible before washing hair

neutrogena t-gel shampoo, i'm warning you, it smells like straight-up s*** but it works, i promise. or anything else with salicylic acid. if you like things that smell good, try head and shoulders. it worked pretty well.
also, skip the conditioner as much as you can. it's hard to get out if you have thick hair and it encourages dandruff to accumulate.
