to add to Serpentine, you really need to check the ingredients because too much sugar and other additives and preservatives could affect how good the tea is for you. That said, I never buy bottled tea just because I don't know how it was made, how fresh it is, if they used instant tea or brewed it naturally. If I wanted iced tea, I'd brew it myself and add sweetener. with bottled tea, the stuff could have been made more than 6 months ago affecting the quality in my opinion.

Such brands such as Arizona, Sobe and Snapple have too much sugar to be real green tea. Its like those cereal bars which is nothing more than candy bars.

I provided a link for real bottled teas. If you like soda-teas then by all means drink the Arizona. BTW you have to try the Arizona's Mandarin Orange Green Tea with Ginseng.

Arizona green tea has too much sugar for my taste, but I feel that way about most bottled green teas. I usually just use tea bags and drink the green tea straight, w/ no sugar or honey.

Green tea is green tea. Is one brand really better than another? They all taste the same to me.
