Right now I feel like I need to slim down.I am 5'0 feet and I weight 130 pounds and I am 18 years old(Dec 12).I was wondering..How many pounds should I lose.What can I do to slim down slim.thanks

How much weight you have to lose, i could not tell you, you have to figure out your body fat, because you want to lose fat and not muscle, Here is a source so you can understand how that works:

I think the best way to burn the fat, and not muscle! is Eat more food high in fiber,(lentils, beans, chick-peas etc) protein (low fat yogurt, milk, cottage cheese), and cut down your carb intake (white bread, potatoes, cookies etc), not all carbs! Eat the good carbs (whole wheat, cereal,legumes).
And drink a lot of water, and do some cardio, 30 mins a day 4-5 times a week, and 2 -( 30 min sessions )of strenght training a week. Eat 6 small meals a day( 3 meals and 3 snacks), and you'll be fine!

In addition to burning more calories than taking in you should eat a light breakfast (like a small bowl of oatmeal) in the morning to kickstart your metabolism. Try to eat smaller meals throughout the day and do not eat before going to bed.

2 drink lemon juice. without water.
3 eat cottage cheese.
