Uh, that is actually a bad idea. Unless she is your wife or fiancé, it kills the mystery, and thus all attraction, if you tell her this. It sounds sweet, but it puts subtle pressure on her to respond in kind, and maybe she honestly can't.

if you really want your girl to kno that she is your everything all you have to do is express how you feel about her and tell her how she makes you feel when you two are together. and wen you tell her all of that end it with: "You are everything that i could ever hope for in a girlfriend! You mean the world to me!"

The other answers are good, but what would be especially nice would be to maybe burn her a cd of songs that lyrics give that impressions. Maybe even title it "our songs." This way, you can listen to it together whenever you want and she will know that these great lyrics are about her.
