when my bf broke up with me my guy friend sent me 2 dozen roses~ and a card that said he was sorry to hear about the break up etc
eventually he told me he like me and we dated for a while.
i thought that was sweet.

nothing...still waiting.
BUT...this guy I used to chat with told me he had a girlfriend a few years back and he bought a house big enough for her and her two daughters so they could go and live with him if she decided she wanted to.
To me...NOTHING has or will ever top that man's grand gesture! He was incredible!
