Ok experts-About 5 years ago, this girl and I hung out a lot and dated each other and liked each other a lot. We dated for about 6 months until she told me we should be friends because things moved too fast and because of lack of communication. She told me that she didn't know if I liked her or not and she said she thought we needed to get to know each other more as friends. I still liked her a lot so I kept being her friend and we stopped dating, but still hung out. After that, I only hung out with her once in the past 3 years when she invited me to her Birthday party( when I went to her party I took the chance to tell her my feelings and she said she had a boyfriend, and he was actually at the party!). So that was the last time I saw her, until this past weekend where she instant messaged me and told me she just moved to my city! She said she wanted to hang out. So we actually hung out for the first time in about 18 months over the weekend....

I even wrote her a letter like a year ago proclaiming my love for her, but she said she had a boyfriend and that I was a great guy and we should keep in touch! now she's back....any ideas??

did she make any mention of a boyfriend this time? If not then its time to make another move for you. She maybe didn't want a l/d thing or maybe likes you more than she wants to admit but didnt feel ready for a ltr. maybe those other boyfriends didn't mean that much to her. if she is back and close by maybe she is ready to try again with you. you obviously made an impression on her if she keeps contacting you. good luck!

Sounds like she likes you, but has been putting you off for other people for the last 3 years. She sounds like a player to me. Like you're only good enough for her when it's convenient for her... all the while you've been pining away for her and she's been doing other guys. That's a mess. I think you should tell her that you want to date exclusively and if she says no, then you know she just wants to use you for the time being and dump you later on when she finds another man to her liking.

She didn't tell you that she wants to be with you....she thinks ur a good guy and a really good friend....she invited you to her bd party and told you that she moved to your city because she likes you as a friend and wants to hang out with you....if she wants to be more than friends you will find out but don't tell her about ur feelings anymore because she already knows how you feel about her......jus be a good friend and maybe somethin will happen!

She probably is on the rebound from that guy, so that may be a problem. She may try to move too fast, don't be afraid to ask her about her boyfriend and why she moved to your town. I would definitely give it a chance, she may have realized she was more happy with you then her other boyfriend(s).

i think you should buy flowers, invite her to a romantic place to eat, if she likes rock music or a band try to get tickets. have a great time enjoy! Oh and at the end, drive her home, get out first, open the door of her side and walk her to her house's door, don't be to obvious and try to kiss her

I think she thinks that you guys are just friends. She can always go to you whenever some guy is mean to you. Try to make yourself less easily to come to and then she might appreciate the time that you are with her more. Play hard to get.

Hard to say but it is possible that she loves the fact that you like her so much as opposed to actually loving you.....it makes her feel good. Unless she TELLS you that she has feelings for you that are more than friendship, she probably doesn't.
