Sneezing is part of a natural cold. I know... It stinks, but sneezing could be caused by allergies, colds, even flu, etc. But say it was from a cold, it would be because when viruses try to enter through your breathing passages, your immune system tries to get rid of them. If you have a cold, I suggest Tylenol syrup, Daytime, and Vicks NyQuill at night... Good question.

Your body is trying to get rid of the sickness, and sneezing gets the germs out.

you sneeze when other unknown germs are trying to get into your system. the sneezing is also trying to avoid any other unknown germs/viruses trying to get into your body.

you sneeze before yu get a cold because your immune system is detecting that it will become a virus and harm your body.
