Invite him out to a busy restaurant (like applebees) or a bar n grill. Make sure the two of you sit at the bar when you go. Order a couple drinks and start off joking around with him like you normally do and ask "Why don't you have a girl, it is because women think you're too hot to handle like i do?". Then, ease into a serious tone and say" Well if you're having a hard time finding someone to fll the shoes maybe you havent approached the right woman". His comment should leave the door wide open for romance

Be honest with him, guys no that when a girl is playfully mean that means they are into him! He probably is sitting back waiting for someone to make a move! If you make the move he will be surprised and most likely excited! Go for it girl!

it depends on the guy.
if you think he likes you, then sure... go for it.
if you are not sure ... then it depends
-He may think you're rushing things .... which he shouldn't
- if he is a gentelman, he will not hurt you
- if not, he may take it as a weakness.
