Can Frosty the Snowman's holly, jolly soul still get into heaven even though he was brought to life by magic. I do not know if Frosty has a religion, however, he seems like a good guy and has a moral and monogamous relationship with his wife.

By most dogmas, frosty would not have a soul in the first place. As an unholy abomination of magic and mockery of God's creation, he would be, at best, an empty husk, and at worst an item possessed by a demon or devil.

No he can't because Frosty the snowman was an evil warrior king who died and had been punished by God to wander the earth as an ghost forever. After thousands years of isolation Frosty had become soft, lonely and desperate for human contact. That was the only reason he didn't kill those kids when he was first channeled to into his body of snow.
