My mom had a CD made with all beautiful music that had my daughter's name throughout with the lady singing songs with my daughter's name. I love it. Find a CD like that and then use that for your DVD.

just get a DVD that you thing your child would like and sit down and watchit with him. Besure to point things out and tell him what they are , really get into it even if you think you are being childish your child will have a blast
get one with animals, colors, shapes, numbers, letters,and stuff like that.
