LOL OMG some of the answers....too funny. People may I suggest ya read the question properly? Poor girl said..
"All around my nose.."
not out of my nose...but AROUND...sheesh.
Sweetie, sounds like you might have some bad acne issues....without seeing you I can't be sure.
I'm guessing you are very young. Puberty has a tendency to wreck havoc on a kid. Talk to your Mom...or the school nurse.
Ya might have to change your personal hygiene and find something to help clear up the acne.
Good luck.
Just so ya know, it is so not Tuberculosis....where'd ya'll get THAT idea?

It sounds like white heads or black heads. Just use a cleaser like Clean and Clear or Clearasil or Clinique has some great cleansers. You can also put a warm wash cloth on your nose to open the pores and then wash it with the face wash.. then splash with cold water when ur done to close the pores.

Most likely it is acne. When you squeeze your nose lots of little guys come worming out and you can wipe it away, right? Best thing for you to do is wash your nose more often and see a skin doctor if it starts to hurt or if it becomes excessive.

Wash your face! Its built up oil and crap in the pores around the nose! Use a Wash cloth and scrub and use peroxide on a cotton ball to dry up pimples etc.

Shauna is right.
In addition, squeezing them only spreads the bacteria that causes them and it puts you at risk for marks on your face. Biore pore strips or similar are good for getting rid of those. HTH

You have whiteheads, which are similar to blackheads. You need to practice good skincare. Get a good exfoliator and face wash, and DON'T TOUCH YOUR FACE. The worst bacteria live on your fingers, and when you touch your face you are creating the problem!
