I'm starting to eat oragnic foods, but i'm not sure how to get a good full meal.. Ah.. help.

most supermarkets now have an organic asile or section. I live in a relatively small town, about 35,000 people and two supermarkets have a nice selection. Also try specality stores or ethnic stores for organic foods. The selections are great.

Almost all food can be grown organically. Last night was had organic (grass fed) Steak, organic Sweet potatoes and organic string beans - all from our food co-op - for diner. Organic doesn't have to be boring vegan stuff! Best is local food.

it could be stir fry and rice
garden salad with grilled chicken
risotto
heaps of fresh veggies
pasta

look up recipes, they are same for organic/nonorganic

Keep it Vegetarian though.
