I was working out today... However i lost control and i went on it for 2 hours and 25 mins vigorous work out... I have no energy left in me... As soon as i went home i felt dizzy and felt heavy on my heart... Like i could feel it??? What happened over there??? How can i prevent it from happening again???

Don't work out that long. An hour to an hour and a half is maximum and you need to drink plenty of water and eat carbs before your workout.
For now drink some water, eat something and rest. You'll be fine but don't do this again.

I am a runner and it use to happen to me. I would get caught up in the music and runners high, that I would run for over 2 hours. You need to drink water every 15 minutes, and when you complete your work out. More water, rest then a piece of fruit. Been there, done that.

hi i'm comparable to you. i found out at 5 weeks and that i'm now almost 12 and that i've got faith no diverse, i nevr truly had to pee alot in the previous for some reason. I didnt experience ill or something however the only ingredient became into feeling drained, Dont undertaking your self approximately it alot of folk are an identical. I apprehensive and then i've got been given a doppler from a pal and heard the babys heartbeat and it made me experience lots extra useful even even with the indisputable fact that i nevertheless dont experience pregnant. wish all is going properly

u need to feed ur self with a nice orange juice .if u want to prevent it form happening again eat well with in 3 to 4 before gym time so don't go with empty stomach by this u will give ur self energy to really workout. and after the gym always prepare something to eat fruit cocktail or some soup with small portion of chicken breast.

Your blood sugar dropped too low. You burned up your glucose in your body. Take some orange juice or a candy bar for a quick pickup. Then in a few minutes eat some carbohydrates. Next time during your workout eat a energy bar and drink some Gatorade to avoid low blood sugar. Low blood sugar can make you feel dizzy and your heart pounds. I take medications to reduce my blood sugar and when it goes too low I feel these symptoms and it can scare you if you don't know what to expect.

First of all what have you eaten? A 2 1/2 hour workout is a lot and you would need to make sure you have enough energy (food) for your body to handle that much exercise.
If you feel REALLY bad, Please go see a doctor!

Need to hydrate, eat something and rest a bit. You over did it today. You can actually do more damage to your body than good if you do this kind of workout regularly. Take it easy today, and be careful from now on!

um...if it made you feel that bad i would not recommend doing it agian. maybe something you were thiniking of caused you to go into major overdive. Keep an eye on the time and only add lik. 15 or so minutes each day. But...don't do that again.

You over worked your body.
For now just rest and you will be fine.
Next time you go work out, set yourself a limit on time, reps, ext. Don't over do it. And be sure you are staying hydrated.
