You shouldn't worry about whether you look like a datable guy...have confidence in yourself and your personality! And seeing your picture, it appears that you have a great personality to show off. Based on one pic, I'd say that you're a great guy to date! I hate those pics where the guy tries to look all sexy--he just ends up looking really arrogant and cocky. Yours is much much better.

I think its hard to say from this picture. It is kind of far away, you have sunglasses on so we can't see your face, and your hair is dark and i can't tell the style, nor can i see your body in your baggy jacket.
It does appear that you have a sense of humor, which is a plus.
