You will need to get your hands on a XP installation CD.
Once you get that, pop it in, restart the computer.
When it says "Press any key to boot from CD", press any key.
When it gives you the option to format, format into NTFS file system. Then follow the instructions from then on to install XP

You will need your original XP install CD. Sometimes this CD is referred to by the PC manufacturer as the "recovery disk."

If you don't have this, you'll need to buy XP again, sorry. The good news is, since Vista is out now, you can find XP for pretty cheap.

Ditto .. I hate Vista too. My son is going to change it back for me. Drop me an email, and I'll get my son to send you instructions. :)
