Hi,
I came here with my parents on a 6 months VISA from Czech Republic when I was 11 years old. After that 6 months, I, including my parents became illegal. Since I was only 11 at the time, I had no choice but to stay here. Now I am 19, still illegal no s.s. number, no driver's licence, no way to live my life, becasue I can't get a job. My parents are still here but I'm 19, and I have to start my own life. It would be close to impossible for me to just go to back to czech now since I have nothing or noone there. Do you guys think the government should at least do something for kids that came here with their parents before the age of 18 and became illegal, or what is your opinion? I really had no choice, but to come here and stay. Thanks, all answers appreciated.

Sorry, nothing can be done for you while you are still illegally in the United States. You must go back to your own country and apply to come here legally. Life will never be any better for you now because yu are illegal.
No, the government is not going to make exceptions to their rules for the children of illegal criminal aliens.
All of these things are as a result of your parents. They are to blame for your predicament.
If you and yur parents are found out, you are all subject to deportation and then at least a ten year ban before even applying to come back.

Doing the math here, that means you came in 1999, 6 years after the split back into Slovakia and Czech Republic. Your arrival was probably too long after the split to be considered any type of special political circumstance. I agree with the person above, who recommended that you contact authorities and explain the situation and ask what they recommend that you do. Facing the situation is much better than remaining in an illegal status like you are now. If caught, and deported, you could face never being able to return.

Sorry but you need to go back. You only need to look to your parents for someone to blame for the mess you find yourself in. Why should you get the fruits of your parent’s crime? It would be like me stealing a car and giving it to my son and he needs it to get back and forth for his medical treatment. Does it matter, no; the car was stolen and need to be returned. Your parents decided to break the law and dragged you into it, so to make things right, you and your parents should be sent back. So the government should enforce the law and send you back home in this case is the Czech Republic, that way our laws are enforced and everyone is back where they belong.
I’m sorry your parents broke the law and dragged you into a big mess, but when people commit crimes, many times the family suffers, too. Just look at all the felons in jail and can’t be with their families.

You don’t have a clue do you. I’ve live in places in the US that would make you want to go back home. As far as living in another country and unable to work, that would be the first clue that you need to leave. As far as the right to work anywhere in the world, I don’t think so, I can ask to work in another country, but I don’t have right to work there and if you aren’t from the US then you don’t have the right to work here.
We are not against people coming here, we just want them to follow our laws, or don’t laws apply to you?
As far as our economy goes, no it wouldn't, right NOW 70% of the jobs people claim American won’t do are done by American or legal aliens, or legal immigrants, so our economy wouldn’t shut down. America doesn’t have unlimited job otherwise we would have no unemployment.
So if you’re here illegally go home, seriously.

If in the USA I guess your part of the unfortunate 1s that parents decided to break the laws hoping for the amnesty bill to pass >It didn't so know what>since we the people have supported your family In 1 form or another> Call immigration and ask them if you have a way to stay or be deported with your family when caught> It's your family choice to put this on you not the USA citizens>Good luck>

the only way to fix this is to go back to your country of origin or face getting caught and being barred from reentry to the U.S. for 10 years. this is the way our immigration laws are written. there will be no other way to fix this sorry for your parents selfish choices. citizen parents do things every day that mess up their kids lives and we give no special consideration for these children. U.S. citizens are tired of special rules for special groups (illegal immigrants). the free ride is over. anti illegal immigration folks know illegal is not a race and that there are illegal immigrants from all over the world hiding in the U.S. pro illegal immigrants supporters weaken the term racist by using it when it doesn't apply.

Just come clean. Call INR and tell them this. Ask for their direction.
They are not monsters and want to put you on a plane back to where you came from. Every case is unique. At least you are making an attempt to stay legally here. You should be commended.
Honesty is the best policy. That's my recommendation for you.

Perhaps your parents can take you back to Czech and introduce you to some people...
No, the government should not do anything because that just attracts even more illegals...

Sorry no, you need to ask your parents why they made the decision to sacrifice your future for there own. Parents in violation of immigration laws should have the sense not to drag children into the mix.

wow...its unbelieveble how ignorant and selfish some of these people are...."perhaps your parents should take you back, and introduce you to some people", or " criminal illegal aliens" wtf is that? you people that say that have no clue how it is, if you were in our shoes, went to another country without being able to get a job or anything like that, YOU WOULD $H!T YOUR PANTS, and cry for your moms, even at the age of 40. trust me, I know how some of these americans are. u need to look at urselves in the mirror and say, hmmm how come us americans have the right to go and work anywhere in the world, but we are against people coming in here to work and try to make better lives for their familys. PLUS u need to realize the FACT that the american economy would shut down without the hard immigrant workers that do the nasty jobs that americans are too LAAAZZZYYYY to do..come on you guys are too embarassed to admit it, and you know it. and you're b-i-t-c-h-i-n-g how we're stealing your jobs?? we're doing you guys favors. america has unlimited jobs, anywhere you go you can get a job, so what is ur deal people??? serioursly
