Yes, a man can be guilty of raping his wife. There was a case several years ago where a man was arrested and convicted of raping his wife and he was sentenced to prison.
Many United States rape statutes used to preclude spousal prosecution, including estranged or even legally separated couples. In 1975, South Dakota removed this exception. By 1993, this was the case throughout the United States
Rape is a act of violence and not a loving sexual act. Marriage does not allow a man to rape his wife.

I am not sure that your statement re;" implied consent " is correct but a forceful act to have sex is tantamount to rape no matter the circumstances, marriage or no!! There are times when a wife has physical reasons for not wanting to cohabit. The husband should respect those reasons. If the refusal occurs frequently then its time to dissolve the partnership.

In general, I would believe difficult to convict in the USA, although not impossible. It would be hard to convict a rape charge to the married man in this case unless there was evidence of physical abuse; however, there may be numerous other extenuating circumstances to uphold a rape charge: for example, if they were legally separted, or husband has been previously charged with domestic violence, or there is a previous police record of abuse, or wife had restraining order, etc. So, in summary, yes it's possible, but not a common occurance. Simple battery, or sexual assualt charge would be more common.

Hi,
In some countries like mine, Canada as of 30 years back, rape, now called sexual assault is on the books even for married people. Even for your wife, no means no!
I do not recall this coming up in trial yet and it would be a very difficult thing to prove without marks from some sort of violence but it still lurks in the law books waiting to be tested.

yes it's possible for a husband to rape his wife....a rape basically means that if your forced to have sex that's a rape. Doesn't matter if he's your husband. You can also do something about it. You can't just be there doing nothing about it , even if the police say it's not a rape. You can show them evidence like tape record or video record what the husband is doing...

yes, it is possible for a man to rape his wife. Marriage DOES NOT IMPLY CONSENT. It is rape unless consent is given.

Yes, if a wife doesn't want to, the husband can't force her.
If you look at the Bobbit case (I might've spelled that last name wrong), he wanted to, and she didn't, and he forced her to and she cut his thingy off...
Even if you are married, you can press charges against your husband if he forces you to, but force would be considered actually grabbing you and forcing you to, which is the same as physical assault, anyway.
This is one of many reasons why people criticize marriage. There are no guarantees.
So, yeah there is such a thing where law enforcement can consider a situation as rape, even within marriage.

Yes, A man can rape his wife. Marriage means sharing your assets. A woman's body does not belong to her husband. A woman has the right to say no. Anyone, including the husband, that physically forces her into a sexual act is considered a rapist.

Yes. A man can rape his wife. If she does not consent and he is doing it against her will, that's rape.
