Okay, well, I went to the doctor yesterday and I'm 158 lbs, and.....

5'1" (yes, i know.)
please dont say just diet and exercise, because for me it's not that easy!

averagely, how long would it take to burn 3500 calories while running on a treadmill, if you were going fast walking-jogging speed?

for you to burn 3500 calories it will take you 3.5hrs. at 7+mph. (impossible) you don't want to know how long if you walk, just look at the treadmill it will tell you

to be honest you shouldnt really be eating 3500 calories per day. As other people have said, you wouldnt be able to burn all this off in one day anyway, you need to first limit your calorie intake (sorry but its the only way to loose weight) and do a few hours on the treadmill per day. Start slowely and increase the time/speed after a week or so, you dont want to damage you're body and if you're not used to exercising then it will do more harm than good.

Well, if you burn approximately 100 calories per mile that means you need to run about 35 miles.
