Yes, sounds, at best, like a commercial puppy producer. Whether a puppymill or not would depend on the care and the living conditions. Hunte Corporation is the country's (maybe the world's) largest commercial puppy producer... however, it it EXTREMELY clean (I'd rather eat off their floor than mine) and the medical care is good.
Moral and ethical?? Not in my opinion.

Their return policy doesn't cover even the basics of "the dog will be parasite free on sale, won't have kennel cough, won't have earmites etc..." and only covers life threatening or restricting genetic issues ONLY until one year of age. Since juvenile onset cataracts as well as a host of other issues don't normally show up until after 12 mos and are NOT life threatening and may not be life limiting, they're pretty safe in offering such a washed out guarantee.
(ie: sounds good but is completely ineffective for the buyer)

You can tell that "Classics Fifty" was in fights. Look at all the scars on his face. M&M has blue eyes. This is a disqualification in the APBT. Any of the dogs that are human aggressive are severely disqualified as the breed standards state NO human aggression ever. They are great family dogs and do not make good guard dogs as they are people friendly. How can any of their dogs be "game" when all they will do is attack anything and everything in their path? A true APBT is gentle, friendly with people, has a strong prey drive, is not overly large (around 60 lbs), and may/may not get along with other dogs. These dogs are fighters through and through and this guy needs to be shut down. I love how they give the correct history of the APBT but do everything possible to breed away from that history & standards. They could register with UKC or ADBA but they know their dogs are not up to breed standards so they made up their own papers. It's NOT a real registry. Just a name attached to some printed out papers that keep up with dogs/dams/litters...that's all. It's not hard to do and any idiot with Microsoft Word knowledge can print one up. I sent them an email telling them that their dogs were so far from breed standards it wasn't even funny and that they are the reason the government wants BSL against pits. :) Wonder what they'll say?

They are not "real" breeders. If they were they would not be breeding mutts. Anyone that breeds non purebred dog is nothing but a puppy miller and in it for the money. True breeders do it to improve the breed not for the money.
Stay far away from people and dogs like this. They are a complete joke. Missouri is know for the numbers of puppymills you can see them all here.

Here are some details to the puppy pimp they are a puppy broker or puppy mill see here then read all the replies.

Holy cannoli. Heck yeah. They are breeding for profits obviously NOT to make the breed better. They are selling pets. The only focus is on PUPPIES not dogs. The name of the website gives it away that they are shady. I would NEVER buy from anyone like that. And since when do you need to be licensed?! That tell me they are a business and not "hobby breeders" like legitimate exhibitors/breeders are.
Co-op...phsssh. That's so ghetto. Looks like a groups of trailer park folks with access a computer. I can't believe people actually do this.

If they are not mass producers, I wonder why do they have so many different breeds on the premises. Apparently, they are not mass producers, they are puppy mills. There are so many different breeds and breeding mutts. Sigh, this is another puppy mill website. No matter how glamorous they describe, they are still puppy mill.

Most USDA licensed breeders are commercial breeders. These folks are clearly puppy millers just look at the number of breeds and crosses that they are producing. A reputable breeder is normally only going to have a couple of breeds tops, heck it just takes to much time to study and learn enough about a breed to make good choices to have more than that. Also a reputable breeder isn't going to be producing crosses.

There are a lot of mixes breeds there, they don't sound like ethical breeders to me.
Even if all born puppies deserve a chance, there is no point in making more puppies that will end up unwanted after the cuteness period.

PUPPY MILL.
Strike 1: "located near Kansas City"
Sad, but true.
Strike 2: Poodle Mixes.
Strike 3: "How they change" focuses on color changing, not the actual raising and care of DOGS. They're referred to as puppies. I'm sorry, but my 2-year old "puppy" is a DOG.

If they're not caring for the litter (SINGULAR, not more than one litter at a time) the way a parent would care for a newborn set of human quintuplets-septuplets would, they can have all the f*cking "licenses" in the world - they are still a puppy mill.
