I wear sunscreen every single day, but today i forgot and spend a few hours reading under the sun. Now my shoulders, arms, and back are red and hurt. I have very white skin. Is there any way to undo the damage?

Put lotion with aloe on it.. It will soothe your skin. I even like to put aloe lotion in the fridge for a while so it gets cool and then put it on. jergens is a good brand

To neutralize the burn you can split an aloe vera plant leaf and rub it on the burned area.

Another good thing is TEA. Wet a tea bag and put it on the burn.Or make up some strong tea and cool it down and use a wash rag to apply. It has tannic acid and will neutralize the burn and take away the sting. It might stain you skin but that will go away rather quickly. Right now worry about the long term damage of the burn. Tea will help very severe burns. When I teach workshops where we will be using soldering irons or hot glue guns I always take some tea bags.

Immediately, take a luke warm bath with vinegar. Just pour the bottle into the tub and soak the sunburned parts. That will take out the sting and most of the redness.

Its snowing here...I would love to have a sun burn! Anyway...Keep it moist, buy some aloe after sun lotion. It'll help with the sting and won't dry out your skin

Put aloe vera on it. If you use a aloe vera lotion, avoid ones with alcohol in them. You should be able to find aloe vera at a health food store and maybe even aloe vera plant.
