Do women really judge a man on his shoes?

Jeans and boots is what I usually wear, whats that say about me if its true?

Shoes are a bit of a give away. I do tend to let my eyes drop to see what sort of shoes he wears I must admit. I don't know why, if they are skanky and beat up, ugh ... well... shoes are the finishing touch, you put them on last and off you go... so its a sign of his personal attention to detail. They don't have to be new and shiny or modern, just well kept and in tune with the rest of him. They can also be a statement to show his quirkiness which is also cute (on some characters). But skanky worn down beat up, sole hanging off, etc... makes you wonder what the deal is. Or smelly runners... or bright brown loafers that tap tap as he walks... naaaa... Shoes are the full stop to the process of getting your act together dress wise.

depends on the women/girl your trying to impress. Personally, if a man is wearing boots(black) i would think that he is classy but relaxed without being a stuck up and 24/7 serious. However if these boots are cowboy boots i can tell yout his right now, get rid of them or dont wear them if your going on a date, it will turn most women off. However later on in the relationship once you BOTH feel comfortable around each other feel free to wear them once in a while.

I usually judge men by his shoes and watch. This is a sign of success. It does not have to be designer or pricey. Classy and clean. Love a man in cowboy boots and jean.

yes, well at least i do...you can seriously tell a lot about a guy and a girl based on his/her shoes...for example, a guy wearing flip flops is the biggest turn off for me cuz i can't stand that laidback beach bum atmosphere...jeans and boots makes me want to think cowboy and basically laidback again, and that doesn't appeal to me either...when i see a guy wearing some nice elegant shoes, then i know i will get along with his atmosphere cuz i like that classy look (and no it has nothing to do with money or whatever cuz i have my own money and don't need others for it)...
the same analysis applies to girls as well

Yes, but men also judge people by their shoes. If you have holes in your boots and they smell really bad, I think that would say something about the type of person you are

I could care less what kind of shoes a guy wears! Only high maintenance chicks worry about stuff like that! Depending on what kind of boots you mean (work boots, cowboy boots, biker boots?) it just means you're a laid back kind of guy! You like to be casual.

It says your a farm boy or a dime store cowboy. How much cowsh!t was on the boots? That's usually a give away. Otherwise it doesn't mean squat.

I wear open toed sandals. It's not the shoes that they judge me on. It the fact that my toenails are 4 different colors and none of them are nailpolish. And there are more corns on them then used in a box of Cornflakes.

Boots are cool. I guess that shows you like the outdoors and are a manly man. And I've heard that big feet means you have a big .... Sometimes I notice how big a guy's feet are. Big is better, just not clowny. lol

I dont seriously remember any of the shoes any of the guys ive dated have worn. Ever. Clothes? yeah, i like a tight black t-shirt and black jeans on a guy (yummy!!!). I i always remember if a guy had a hat on or not...but shoes? dont even cross my mind.
